No Referral Fees Policy
Under no circumstances have we ever or will we ever accept a referral fee for most case types, including immigration, criminal defense, family law, and most other practice areas our client base commonly needs.
Occasionally, someone requests a referral for a practice area such as personal injury or workers’ compensation, where referral fees are universally and automatically given. In those instances, any referral fees sent to us are donated in full to 501(c)(3) nonprofits that help immigrants.
