Executive Integrator

Build the Operational Machine Behind a Firm That Stops Deportations

We free people the U.S. government is trying to deport.

We operate inside a chaotic immigration system. Our internal operations must be the opposite.

Founded in 2014 | 25 staff | 95% LATAM-based
Latin America–Based Role | $75,000–$100,000 USD + performance incentives
Since 2014, we’ve donated 10% of firm profits to immigrant-focused organizations.

This role is high autonomy, high accountability, and high growth.

If building structure inside a mission that keeps families together energizes you, we’d love to hear from you.

The Reality

We’re scaling aggressively and intentionally.

That level of growth requires operational discipline we’re actively building.

I’m the founder, Beckie Moriello. I’ve focused on deportation defense since 2008. This work requires urgency. Clients’ freedom depends on speed and precision.

I also expect ideas to move quickly from concept to implementation. Our long-term strategy is stable, but operational execution must keep pace with opportunity.

If that environment drains you, this is not the role for you. If it energizes you, keep reading.

What This Role Actually Is

This is a true second-in-command role with executive authority over operations.

You own operational execution. I own long-term vision and strategy. We’ll collaborate closely so operational realities inform strategic decisions.

You will design and implement the firm’s operating system, including KPI architecture, management cadence, and cross-functional accountability.

You’ll oversee everything operational except the practice of law:

*Production flow & capacity management

*Systems design & workflow discipline

*Financial reporting & profitability tracking

*Define and oversee executive reporting architecture and KPI dashboards

*Ensure leadership cadence and KPI review structures drive accountability and measurable outcomes

*SOP design, enforcement & audit loops

*Hiring, performance management & termination

*Vendor & technology oversight

*Translating strategic direction into measurable execution

You won’t be micromanaged.

But your performance will be measured by outcomes

Authority & Partnership

First 90 days: Diagnose. Map reality. Identify structural breakdowns.

Next phase: Implement with alignment.

By month 9, you’re leading operational execution with high autonomy.

After 12 months, if you’re successful in this role:

*You’ve completed a deep diagnostic and restructuring of at least three core operational systems.

*Firm-wide SOP compliance is ~99%, with accountability owned by managers, not me.

*Operational crises caused by missed steps or unclear ownership are rare and resolved at the system level.

*Every initiative has a clearly named owner, defined deadline, and verification mechanism.

*Leadership meetings run on metrics, not anecdotes.

*Capacity planning and throughput are predictable.

*I’m no longer the default escalation point for operational breakdowns.

*Operational data and execution insight meaningfully inform how the firm scales over time.

If you’re at your best in high-autonomy roles where the goal is to make yourself operationally unnecessary, you’ll likely thrive here.

Major structural shifts are developed by you and finalized in collaboration with me.

We meet frequently. I value pushback and disagreement. Candor and direct communication are normal here.

Compensation

$75,000–$100,000 USD
Base + performance-based incentives tied directly to operational outcomes.

Performance incentives are directly tied to firm profitability, operational margin expansion, and throughput metrics. There’s no arbitrary cap on performance-based upside. If you materially increase firm profitability and scalability, your compensation will reflect that impact at an executive level.

If you’ve read this far and feel both energized and challenged, I’d genuinely like to talk

Geography & Travel

This role is designed for someone based in Latin America. Most of our team operates from Honduras, Guatemala, and Colombia. Cultural alignment and proximity matter.

You’ll travel to the United States 3-5 times per year for law firm management workshops that I’ll also be attending.

Who Thrives Here

*Speak Spanish and English fluently
